Calvin is a veteran real estate investor, developer, and creative finance strategist with a background rooted in deep analysis, grittiness, and execution. He served over eight years as an Air Force officer, including overseas assignments, before transitioning into real estate investing, initially flipping properties and setting up Airbnb’s while still working a full-time W2 career. 

Today, Calvin specializes in VA assumable loans, short term rentals, and creative financing strategies that help investors acquire quality assets in competitive markets without relying solely on traditional lending. His hands on experience spans wholesaling, flipping, STR operations, and active residential development, including current single-family projects in Palmer Lake, Colorado.
