Collin Quigley brings more than 27 years of hands-on experience in building, operating, and scaling successful businesses across the educational, financial planning, business consulting, and accounting sectors. Throughout his career, Collin has been deeply involved in every layer of business—from strategy and operations to leadership development and execution—which gives him a rare, well-rounded perspective that directly benefits our team and our clients.

A proven entrepreneur, Collin has built and successfully sold two private financial services firms and played a key role in developing an international education company with a strong presence across Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East. His experience spans both in-person international teams and robust online learning platforms, making him uniquely qualified to lead our operational infrastructure and educational initiatives.

At Better Blueprint, Collin serves as the backbone of our operations while also overseeing the design and delivery of our educational programs. As we continue to expand our national mentorship offerings—including The Better Blueprint Method™—and grow our brokerage and wholesale teams, Collin leads the charge in building, training, and developing one of the strongest real estate teams in the country. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, accountability, and culture, and he leads by example in everything he does.

Outside of work, Collin is an avid hiker who has logged over 32 Colorado 14ers, an accomplished author, a passionate traveler and food enthusiast, and a dedicated triathlete. Most importantly, he cherishes time spent with his six grandchildren, who keep him inspired and grounded.
