Growing up the son of a real estate agent and new home builder Jason’s childhood was filled with site visits and wide-eyed home explorations all throughout New York. When looking at opportunities to invest savings from his 9-5 Job real estate became a natural option as investing in real estate felt like home. Starting with only 5k Jason built $400k in cash/equity in his first 18 months in real estate and never turned back. During his first 2 years, he participated in over $30million dollars in sales, purchased over 20 investment properties, and built key processes for flips, Airbnb’s, multifamily properties, and luxury developments.

He now runs the 4 companies in the Better Blueprint Realty umbrella full time with a mission to continue tackling multifamily and development opportunities that he can partner on with all of you.
